Legacy brand signs another refranchising deal with largest operator, WAC Enterprises

Krystal is refranchising four restaurants to WAC Enterprises, a subsidiary of The Hale Group. The four restaurants are located throughout the southeastern United States.

In March 2023, Krystal completed a transfer of 10 locations to WAC Enterprises in the Tennessee and Georgia markets. This deal marked the launch of Krystal’s major refranchising efforts and the brand’s continued commitment to growth through existing and new franchise partners.
