Crafted in-house for peak freshness, the Sam Adams Beer Cheese is prepared with Sam Adams Boston Lager, delivering exceptional flavor. Known for generous portions and bold tastes, Wings and Rings is elevating its menu by pairing the beer cheese with crispy beer-battered chicken and classic toppings — perfect for the winter season.
“We know our guests love beer — we’ve got plenty on tap — and they’re definitely fans of cheese too. When you combine the two, it’s a perfect match that’s hard to go wrong with,” said Executive Chef Dan Admire. “We’re making our beer cheese in-house and using it with our signature beer batter, which we also prepare fresh in-house.”
The delicious lineup includes:
- Sam’s Loaded Fry: Topped with house-made Sam Adams beer cheese, crispy bacon, scallions and bleu cheese crumbles, these loaded fries are a sharable hit.
- Beer Cheese Chicken Sandwich: Crispy beer-battered chicken breast, smoked bacon, caramelized onions, lettuce and tomato on a brioche bun, topped with Sam Adams beer cheese and served with a side of your choice.
- Beer Cheese Jumbo Tenders: Golden beer-battered chicken tenders served with a side of beer cheese for dipping, plus fries (available in 3- and 4-piece options).
