Award-winning concept excited to bring Genuine Detroit-Style Pizza to the area on Aug. 14
Located at 19230 S. I-35 Frontage Rd., Ste. 300, right across the street from Ascension Seton Hays Hospital and just a short drive from Plum Creek Golf Course, the new Via 313 – the first in Kyle – will be serving up its award-winning Detroit-Style Pizza to show the community why it was named one of the “Top 5 Pizzas in America” by Food Network.
“We’re excited to be expanding Via 313 to Kyle and bringing the number of restaurants in Texas to 11,” said Via 313 Co-Founder Zane Hunt. “People said we were crazy when we came up with the idea of building a brand centered around Detroit-Style Pizza deep in the heart of the Lone Star State, but we’ve been humbled by the support all the communities have shown us and know this new location in Kyle will be no different.”
The new Via 313 is projected to bring 85 jobs to Kyle with a myriad of front-of-house positions still open, including hosts, servers, bartenders and cashiers. Those in the area who are dedicated self-starters and enjoy working in a fun and fast-paced environment can apply here.
To celebrate the grand opening on Monday, Aug. 14, 25% of sales that day will go toward the Kyle Library Thrift Shop, whose mission is to support the Kyle Library, improve access to books, and enrich the community through learning.
Via 313 exists so more people around the country can enjoy the pizza that’s beloved in Detroit. The pizzas are called square, but they’re actually rectangle and baked in metal trays, just like the ones used on the automotive assembly lines at the Big Three.
