Effin Egg Signs Deal For Massive Expansion in New Jersey
(RestaurantNews.com) Effin Egg, the Florida based fast casual & funky breakfast sandwich concept, is poised for massive expansion in the state of New Jersey.
Rossi Capital, the three brothers who opened the Morristown, NJ, location this past month, we’re having so much fun and loving the concept that they have agreed to open 8-10 more locations across the state of New Jersey.
“I could not be more excited for these guys, we’ve wanted to grow our footprint within the great state of New Jersey for some time and feel we’ve found the ideal partners to do just that!” says Jeff Martin, Effin Egg Founder.
The three brothers came up with the “Dirty Jersey”, to pay homage to a Jersey favorite, using Taylor Ham…and now it’s on the Effin menu. Rossi Capital says, “This is a fun, laid-back concept that appeals to all people, so we know we have a hit on our hands as we expand in New Jersey!”. This new partnership is so awesome and we see a very bright future in New Jersey with Jeff, Nick and Taylor Rossi.
At Effin Egg, breakfast lovers enjoy food that’s deliciously twisted and made fresh every morning. From our “Roll A Phat One” Breakfast Burritos to our infamous breakfast sandwiches, everything is made to order. Our house made sauces are prepared daily using fresh ingredients and a whole lotta love.
Jeff Martin founded Effin Egg in 2019. Effin Egg is aggressively growing and looking for great partners to expand the concept across the country.
