Twin Peaks Caps off Q1 2024 with New Restaurants, Agreements, Menus and Acclaim
The ultimate sports bar leads off the year with notable achievements
Dallas, TX (RestaurantNews.com) Twin Peaks Restaurants scored early and often in the first quarter of 2024, with three new restaurant openings, two franchise area development agreements, and a hearty menu of new food and beverage offerings.
“We strive to constantly enhance our guests’ visits so that we can live up to our reputation of the ultimate sports lodge,” said Twin Peaks CEO Joe Hummel. “Our talented teams diligently work day in and day out to ensure every Twin Peaks guest receives an exceptional experience. This system-wide mentality is what has led to our continued growth and success.”
In Q1 of 2024, Twin Peaks opened three new lodges – Boardman, Ohio in January, Guadalajara, Mexico in February, and Doral, Fla. in March. The brand surpassed the 100-unit count milestone last year and is currently nearing 115. With new lodges under construction in Fort Mill, S.C., Terrel, Texas, Reno, Nev., McKinney, Texas, Lakeland, Fla., and Cape Coral, Fla., the store count is showing no signs of slowing down.
Twin Peaks continues to build upon its robust pipeline, recently signing a pair of domestic franchise area development agreements. In January, veteran franchisee Joe Nolan signed an area development agreement to open 10 new franchised lodges across the Philadelphia area. Soon after, investor and entrepreneur James Cha signed to open three new franchised lodges across the Denver area in the coming years.
Twin Peaks was also celebrated by the industry, receiving Black Box Intelligence’s Voice of the Customer Award, awarded on net customer sentiment throughout the year. The metrics for the award weigh customer experience scores based on a number of categories, including service, food, beverage, ambiance, value, and intent to return.
But the team at Twin Peaks doesn’t rest on its laurels – the first quarter saw the brand introduce new additions to the food and bar menus in February. Executive Chef Alex Sadowsky unveiled brand new dishes including Lobster Mac N’ Cheese, Rainbow Trout and a Lobster Roll B.L.T. The bar menu also expanded its handcrafted cocktails selection and now features Casamigos Pool Party Margarita, Deep Eddy Lemon Cider and the Cuban Old Fashioned, among others. The brand also added even more premium liquor offerings, such as Avión Reserva 44 Extra Añejo, Don Julio 70 Cristalino and The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14.
Twin Peaks is focusing on generating a strong second quarter with a recent new restaurant opening in Naples, Fla., in April. Currently, the brand is gearing up for a busy summer of soccer spectating, before heading into a jam-packed soccer season and MMA and boxing pay-per-views. Let’s also not forget the annual Miss Twin Peaks International Contest in June – there’s plenty in store for the rest of 2024.
