“I was shocked and overwhelmed with happiness when I found out we were one of the eight added to the Michelin Guide. We’ve only been open for a little over a year and for my restaurant to be added on to such a prestigious guidebook surprised me,” said CEO and Founder Kit Vongprachanh. “For us to be able to represent Asian cuisine at such a high level, it was a great accomplishment and feeling.”
The Michelin Guide, famous in its own right with a history over a century old, pulls together the very best stand out brands throughout three continents and assembles them into one perusable guidebook. Twenty Pho Hour’s Michelin Guide listing cites the unique decor and menu items of the brand, specifically pointing out the dramatic look of the restaurant’s Short Rib Pho among other notable menu items.
The company first launched in 2022 in Orlando, Florida, quickly following up its launch with a franchise opportunity.
