Costco’s latest cheesy find was spotted by the Instagram duo, @costcosisters. The retailer is now selling a Snowdonia Cheese gift box, which you can totally use for your own personal cheese board. The brand creates award-winning cheeses and chutneys with the freshest natural ingredients that are as delicious as the packaging is beautiful. 

The Costco trio includes the best of the best options that offer a rich flavor, perfect to pair with crackers, olives, and your fruit of choice. The first cheese is the Black Bomber Extra Mature Cheddar, Snowdonia’s flagship cheddar cheese, melding that familiar sharp flavor with a smooth creaminess. Next is Truffle Trove Extra Mature Cheddar that combines Italian black summer truffles with mature cheddar for a balanced earthy taste. This cheese has undertones of wild mushroom, hazelnut, and garlic as a more savory choice. The last treat is for those who want to activate their sweet tooth. The Fig & Apple Chutney is a fruity spread composed of figs and Bramley apples.

Snowdonia recommends bringing the cheese to room temperature for maximum flavor and using an extra sharp knife for a clean cut. So far, the cheese set has been spotted in the Bay Area, San Diego, and various locations in the Midwest, so you may want to call your local warehouse ahead to check if they have this in stock.
