Smokey Bones Offers Best Practices at Next Gen Restaurant Summit
Smokey Bones CMO and other industry leaders dissect changing consumer preferences
Plantation, FL (RestaurantNews.com) – With consumer preferences changing at lightning-fast speed, Nichole (Cole) Robillard, Chief Marketing Officer at Smokey Bones, joined a panel of restaurant leaders to share their insight on current and changing consumer dining trends. Robillard was a speaker at this year’s Next Gen Restaurant Summit in Atlanta, organized by FSR Magazine, which welcomed a lineup of restaurant executives and change leaders during the three-day Summit.
Leading the topic, “What Your Guests Want: Understanding the Modern Consumer,” Robillard discussed the significance of listening to customer feedback and creating a menu that aligns with their expectations. Robillard shared how this strategy fosters brand loyalty and allows Smokey Bones to concentrate on its core strengths for an overall better dining experience.
“At Smokey Bones, we want to continue to enhance the dining experience and encourage our guests to return to our restaurants with the meals they crave with an environment they are looking for,” said Robillard. “I am honored to have been a panel speaker at the Summit alongside fellow restaurant leaders. We all have the opportunity to learn from one another and to make a positive impact, so I’m grateful for this experience.”
In addition to being a panel speaker, Robillard participated in the Women in Leadership Networking Event at the QSR Evolution Conference on Sept. 6. The event was an opportunity for female industry peers to share their experiences in their careers and foster conversations about female representation in all levels of leadership.
Robillard’s unwavering commitment to propelling Smokey Bones, alongside her instrumental role in garnering industry acclaim, has been pivotal in driving the company’s growth. Speakers on the panel included members from Global Top Golf Venues, GiftAMeal, Legendary Restaurant Brands, Kinetic12, and Tupelo Honey.
