This marks another milestone in Rotolo’s continued expansion across the South.
This new location is owned and operated by Meg and Bryan Matus, experienced franchisees who also own and operate the Rotolo’s Pizzeria in Tyler, TX. Their passion for high-quality food and exceptional service has made them a staple in their community, and they are excited to bring the Craft & Crust experience to Carrollton.
Located at 3204 E Hebron Pkwy, Carrollton, TX the new Rotolo’s Craft & Crust will offer the same beloved stone-baked pizzas, pastas, salads, and Italian-inspired dishes that have made the brand a fan favorite. Guests can enjoy fresh, locally sourced ingredients, signature creations, and an inviting dining experience that embodies the spirit of Louisiana hospitality.
