Each menu offering has been created to delight and tantalize taste buds and elevate the dining experience for barbeque enthusiasts.

Available at Lucille’s locations starting on July 27, the new “Bold and Stacked” menu offerings, which are as vibrant and savory as the summer sun, include:

  • The Smokey Joe Sandwich, a hearty sandwich featuring tender, slow-smoked brisket chopped and tossed with housemade sloppy joe sauce, then dressed up with cheddar cheese and crispy onion straws and drizzled with BBQ ranch on a grilled brioche bun.
  • The Shrimp Po’ Boy, a Southern classic reimagined with crispy buttermilk shrimp, chopped iceberg, a fried dill pickle spear and applewood bacon, topped with comeback sauce and pico de gallo on a grilled French roll.
  • The Texas Cheesesteak, a BBQ twist on the classic cheesesteak with tender, smoked brisket, hand-carved and topped with American cheese, grilled peppers and onions, with cheese sauce on a grilled French roll.
  • The ‘Swicy’ Burger, a mouthwatering sweet and spicy combination that includes a Certified Angus Beef® patty, pepper jack cheese, a whole fried jalapeño, housemade honey and comeback sauce served on a grilled brioche bun.
  • The Loaded Chopped Brisket Fries, an indulgent and satisfying shareable that includes sweet and tangy BBQ brisket, jack cheese, cheese sauce, roasted corn, pickled red onions, avocado ranch and cilantro on a base of crispy, golden fries.

The three new freshly made salads include:

  • The Not Your Mama’s Chicken Caesar Salad, a Southern take on a classic favorite, with tender chicken breast that is buttermilk-fried and tossed in Parmesan-garlic butter, placed atop romaine and diced tomato, topped with cheesy garlic breadcrumbs, and served with Caesar dressing.
  • The Tri Tip Wedge Salad, a hearty, reinvented wedge salad with red onion, tomato, chopped bacon, crumbled blue cheese, green onion and hot honey drizzled with housemade ranch and topped with smoked Certified Angus Beef®.
  • The bold and flavorful Southwest Brisket Chopped Salad, which combines tender, Texas-style beef brisket with chopped lettuce, Hatch green chiles, jack cheese, pickled onions, roasted corn, pico de gallo and marinated black beans tossed with avocado ranch, then topped with tortilla chip bits and housemade guacamole.

To beat the summertime heat, Lucille’s is also offering a refreshing new lineup of thirst-quenching beverages:

  • For the adults at the table, the new Watermelon Island Iced Tea is the time-tested mix of New Amsterdam Vodka, New Amsterdam Gin, Cruzan Rum, Sauza Tequila and triple sec along with Finest Call Watermelon Puree Mix and fresh lime juice finished off with a splash of Sprite.
  • Three new spirit-free Summer Refreshers, including the vibrant Watermelon Splash, the delightfully tropical Island Breeze, and the creamy, dreamy Orange Dream, will please everyone’s palates.

Lastly, the Tour of BBQ—introduced in late Spring 2024 as a limited-time offering—is now part of the permanent menu. A bountiful feast made in BBQ heaven and perfect for parties of four, this meal includes an enormous selection of slow-smoked meats, including baby back ribs, pulled pork, Texas-style beef brisket, smoked pork belly burnt ends, BBQ rib tips, Texas red hot sausage, jalapeño cheddar sausage and BBQ chicken.
