Traditional Italcream gelato and sorbetto maker adds premium alcohol-infused sorbets to expanding retail marketing plan
Las Vegas, NV (RestaurantNews.com) Italcream Inc. has acquired the Spiked Cocktail Sorbet brand including use of the patented NuVessl alcohol infusion process, announced Tony Garcia, Italcream, Inc. CEO.

All natural Spiked Cocktail Sorbet desserts are infused with premium alcohol (5% ABV) that are less than 230 calories per serving, vegan, gluten and dairy free. Original Italian sorbet recipes, perfected in Naples, are incorporated to produce favorite flavors including Bourbon Berry, Pina Colada, and Strawberry Margarita. The patented NuVessl ingredient encapsulates alcohol, which has a low freezing point, into tiny flavor nano beads that are seamlessly blended with the sorbet.
