Pan is surface cover nahin hona chahiye. Thora khaali space rakho

Halka aach pe pakao

Plastic ka bara chamach se har mushroom ko press karo

Phir had mushroom ko ek ek karke ulta karo

Dekho kaisa mushroom red hain side main

Abhi phir se mushroom ko ultra karo

Dekho yeh side bhi lal hain. Mehek kitna accha hain

Aisa do time aur karo

Dhyan se

Mobile pe baat mat Karo!

Gave #scooytai (our cook who comes riding a scooter) a master class on sauteing mushrooms this morning.
