Before this role, Pablo showcased his versatility and willingness to embrace challenges during his tenure at Rosen Hotels and Resort in Orlando, where he accepted a position at the Japanese restaurant, Shogun, as a prep cook despite having no previous experience with Japanese cuisine. Pablo’s dedication and talent quickly shone through, and within four months was recognized as the employee of the month.
In 2022, Pablo’s extraordinary culinary journey reached new heights as he was cast in Food Network’s Holiday War Season 4, further establishing himself as a leading figure in the industry.
