Refund Policy for Live Online Cooking Classes: We are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience through Archana’s Kitchen live online cooking classes. However, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your booking. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations for our live online cooking classes.
Cancellation by Participant
- Full Refund Eligibility: A full refund will be granted if the participant cancels their booking at least 7 days before the scheduled class date.
- Partial Refund Eligibility: If the participant cancels their booking between 3 to 6 days before the scheduled class date, a 50% refund will be issued.
- No Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class date will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by Organiser
- Full Refund: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants
- Rescheduling Option: Alternatively, participants will have the option to reschedule their booking to a future class at no additional cost.
Refund Process
- Refund Request Submission: To request a refund, participants must send an email to contact@archanaskitchen.com with their booking details and reason for cancellation.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the refund request.
