Thanksgiving came and went, and now Christmas is almost here. We’ve barely had enough time to wash the dishes from Thanksgiving dinner, and now it’s already time to start prepping for Christmas parties and gatherings with family and friends.
Even though you will likely get all of your grocery shopping done well in advance of the holiday, chances are you’ll need to pick up a few items at the last minute. The key to pulling off a perfect holiday feast is having a plan in place in the event you run out of flour, butter, or garlic on the big day. If Costco is your grocery store of choice, you’ll want to memorize the store’s holiday hours so you’re ready to go in a pinch.
What Are Costco’s Christmas Hours?
This year Christmas Eve falls on Sunday, December 24, and Christmas Day falls on Monday, December 25. Fortunately, Costco will be open for business as usual on Christmas Eve, so if you need to stock up on baked goods, ingredients to make Christmas dinner, or last-minute gifts for family and friends, Costco has got you covered. However, you’ll want to be sure to take advantage of those Sunday hours, because Costco is closed on Christmas Day. Costco only closes for seven holidays throughout the year, and Christmas Day happens to be one of them. The store resumes regular hours on Tuesday, December 26.
As you continue to prepare for your Christmas celebrations, you’ll definitely want to pay a visit to your local Costco to take advantage of all of the seasonal goodies lining the store’s shelves. One of Costco’s latest festive treats is a Junior’s Christmas tree-shaped cheesecake, which is sure to be a hit for dessert, and let’s not forget about Costco’s crowd-pleasing baked Brie appetizer that’s ready in minutes. Need a gift for the host? Don’t worry, because Costco has a gorgeous serving set and beautiful acacia serving tray, both of which are super affordable and wonderfully practical.
Still don’t have a Costco membership? Consider adding one to your Christmas list or treating yourself in the new year.
