The new holiday items from Trader Joe’s just keep rolling in — and we’re not complaining. Our holiday dessert spreads will certainly include their shortbread French butter cookies, peppermint brownies, and sweet cannoli dip, but what about something festive to put in our glasses? Instagram account @traderjoesnew spotted the grocer’s cherished holiday liqueurs gracing the shelves of their stores once again, and one flavor is modeled after one of their most iconic cookies.

Trader Joe’s Peppermint Joe-Joe’s Cream Liqueur is composed of a neutral grain spirit, cream, sugar, peppermint extract, and a touch of natural cocoa to give the beverage that distinct minty cookies and cream flavor of the Candy Cane Joe-Joe’s.

The brand recommends drinking it on its own, warming it up, placing it over ice, or crafting the most delicious spiked peppermint latte. “We’ve also heard rumors that this one really shines when poured over vanilla ice cream or blended with vanilla ice cream for a dreamy ‘adult’ milkshake,” Trader Joe’s writes on their website. “Add some crushed TJ’s Candy Cane Joe-Joe’s to that shake if you really want to be WOW-ed.”

The beverage has also been seen in other flavors like cocoa cream, gingerbread, eggnog, and cookie butter. While @traderjoesnew reveals the gingerbread option to be their favorite, commenters chimed in with their own hot takes, and all the flavors have been represented as someone’s first choice.

You really can’t go wrong with any of them and you’ll certainly have the opportunity to get creative when it comes to mixing up drinks. I personally would advise adding the peppermint flavor to a steaming mug of hot cocoa for maximum coziness.

Each bottle is retailing for $7.99 and can be found where the spirits live at your local store. Like all new products at Trader Joe’s these are sure to sell out as quickly as they arrived, so don’t forget to add these to your next grocery list.
