This oven baked corned beef is so easy and absolutely delicious!

❤️WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE
We love how simple this recipe is and that it slow cooks in the oven for a few hours and comes out moist and delicious. Plus corned beef is super versatile, use it make a hash, serve it as main meat, and you can also add potatoes, onions and carrots.
ADDITIONS
When making this dish you can easily add the potatoes, onions and carrots with it in the oven. It slow cooks for a few hours so they will cook well and be tender and delicious. Also if your corned beef doesn’t come with the seasoning pack.. no worries! You can make your own. If you don’t have everything on this list that isn’t that big of deal, I just use what I have on hand and add about 1/2 teaspoon to a bowl, combine well and season the meat.

- Coriander seeds
- Red pepper flakes
- Black peppercorns
- Dill seeds
- Bay leaves
⭐TIP
Once you take the corned beef out of the oven, you should let it rest for at least 20 minutes. This will help keep it moist!
SERVE THIS WITH:
Oven Baked Corned Beef
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 pound corned beef brisket.
- Spice packet that comes with the corn beef or your own spices.
- Aluminum foil
- Baking sheet
Seasoning Packet Seasonings (If your corned beef is missing this)
- Dill seeds
- Allspice
- Cloves
- Mustard seeds
- Coriander seeds
- Red pepper flakes
- Black peppercorns
- Dill seeds
- Bay leaves
Instructions

Rinse your brisket with cold water. Pat dry. Place on a sheet of aluminum foil fat side up on a baking sheet.

Sprinkle on spices and massage in to meat. Close foil and bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for 4 hours.

Remove and open foil, place back in oven under broiler for 2 to 3 minutes to brown top.

Once cooked, let sit for 20 minutes before slicing.

Makes 6 to 8 servings depending on thickness of slices.
