Turkish Pide Recipe – Crusty Bread with Sesame Seeds is flat and fluffy bread that usually had during the season of Ramadan. The dough is made from an equal proportion of maida and whole wheat flour which is mixed along with active dry yeast.

The dough is then rested for an hour and does not require any kneading. The dough is then flattened using hands and sprinkled with black and white sesame seeds. The bread is best to be had when it is taken out right from the oven.
