OVEN BAKED PORK CHOPS
These oven baked pork chops are tender with a flavor you and your family or guests will enjoy. The sweetness of the molasses combined with the brown sugar and spicy mustard make the perfect flavor combination. Serve these to family for an easy weeknight dinner or to guests for a main dish company meal. These baked pork chops go with just about any vegetable side dish. Oven Baked Pork Chops simple ingredients:
Boneless pork chops
Bread crumbs of your choice or all-purpose flour
I always like to cook my pork on 350 degrees and I do 30 minutes per pound, or until the center reaches 145 degrees. I test my meat with a meat thermometer. Pork cooks pretty quickly so it’s good to take it out and test it at around 25 minutes.
Each time we post this recipe we receive comments asking if you can replace the molasses with honey, maple syrup or corn syrup. You can always give it a try. We only make the recipes the way we share them. You can always try substitutions.
I have used stone ground mustard in place of the Dijion mustard and they were delicious!

Oven Baked Pork Chops
- 2 to 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Bread crumbs of your choice or all-purpose flour.
Whisk all ingredients together except bread crumbs until you have a smooth sauce. Dip each chop in liquid and then in bread crumbs
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until chops are done in the middle or register 145 on a meat thermometer.
