Via 313 Welcomes Third Countdown City Location at The RimSan Antonio, TX  (RestaurantNews.com)  Austin-based pizza brand Via 313 is giving another slice of goodness to Bexar County, bringing their Motor City-inspired pies to The Rim. This third San Antonio location — the 23rd in the nation — opens in the shopping center at 17315 West Interstate 10, Suite 105 on Dec. 14, just in time to satisfy hungry holiday shoppers.

The new Via 313 kicks off the official grand opening on Dec. 14 at 11 a.m., featuring activities, a prize tent, and an airbrush tattoo station from 5 to 8 p.m. Plus, 25 percent of the day’s proceeds go toward local charity ChildSafe, which provides full, trauma-focused child abuse prevention, treatment and education services to children and families in Bexar County.

“Supporting ChildSafe is a priority for us, as it is the only nonprofit in Bexar County that coordinates medical, legal, and professional resources for children and teens experiencing abuse,” said Brandon Hunt, who co-founded Via 313 with his brother Zane. “We’re honored to continue giving back to an amazing organization that makes the great state of Texas better every day.”

The Rim restaurant operates Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

“San Antonio, we’re back and ready to welcome even more of the community!” said Zane Hunt. “We’re proud and thankful to provide another space for family and friends to gather and enjoy the amazing pizza we’ve worked so hard to perfect while continuing to show up for community causes.”
